How to make jelly shots
Best using chilled liquor.
Use very hot water.
Melt two small jelly packets (6 oz) or one big packet into hot water.
Stir constantly for a few minutes until the jelly has melted.
Let the jelly cool for a few minutes.
Add 1+1/2 cups of alcohol to your jelly shots concoction, the best alcohol to use is vodka as it blends with anything or use any other liquor with a percentage of 40 and above.
Stir the jelly shots mixture and pour into your cups or glasses. It sets hard in about 2 hours.
You should take care when making shots, just remember that the alcohol in jelly shots is still strong and you could be fooled easily.
When your jelly shots are ready to be eaten they should be at room temp this is to ensure proper consumption.
If these guidelines are not followed then you run the risk of the liquor evaporating before the Jelly Shots have time to set.
You can use either plastic glasses for your jelly shots, (as they look far better) but you will get better use out of paper cups as you can get more of the jelly shots out of it.
Ice cube holders also work well forJelly Shots.
Plastic cups organize quite well in muffin trays, and are easy to handle and serve.

Jelly Shots can be made with what ever liquor you want, from any country, America, UK, Australia, the sky is the limit, but if you do a little research into it you might find that vodka is a prime ingredient for making jelly shots. Vodka blends with anything, which is why it's the most popular ingredient in any cocktail you will see the world over.
